Journal In Your Pocket - Class Info and Registration

I'm super excited to announce the start of registration for a new class brought to you by Emily from Divine Chaos and I! This is sure to be fun, easy, and pack full of ideas to help make your own mini-journals. Expect to see lots of colors, textures, and a wonderful combo of thought-provoking and fun prompts. This class is great for beginners who are looking for a start and experienced art journalers that just want to have fun this Spring!

What is "Journal in Your Pocket"?

Journal in Your Pocket is a four week art journal class that emphasizes on the format of mini-journals and is packed full of prompts, techniques and projects. There are a couple of things that make this class so special!

- First, it's based on the idea of working in a small format - each journal we make will fit in your pocket (or close!). It'll be fun to take your mini-journal along with you wherever you go.

- Second, not only will there be a new journal prompt every weekday, but each weekend will have a prompt and tutorial to create a themed stand-alone mini-book.

- Third, students will benefit from being taught by two wonderful artists with distinct styles. You'll be able to learn from two talented ladies at the same time!

"Why Should I Take This Class" You Ask?

Well gosh darn, it's going to be a lot of fun! Spring time is the season for creativity and I know there are a lot of online classes being held right now in the blog land, and this class should definitely be one of the classes you sign up for. This is a LIVE class, not just an e-course. We'll be there 24/7 to answer your questions, comment on your pages that you post in the Flickr Group we've set up, with live Q&A sessions (one chat, one video!) and we'll have a sense of community in the class. Emily and I have taken plenty of art journal classes like this and we want to give you the best student experience, because we're students just like you!

We understand if you don't have all the time in the world to take the class, and that's why we'll be giving our students a PDF of the class that you can keep after it's over. And we understand that not everyone can afford the class. That's why we'll have giveaways all month long on different blogs for the opportunity to join in!
